Ann M. Gray

Ann Gray is a six-sigma-certified consultant with over eight years of experience across numerous industries including aviation, transportation and healthcare.  She brings expertise in project management, data analysis, quality assurance, and strategic planning to the RAI team and its clients.  Ann has worked across the United States and internationally with organizations and their employees to improve operations and implement major change efforts. As part of the development of these change initiatives, Ann has led and supported collaborative union and management engagement in joint planning, work redesign, and process improvement efforts.  An example of Ann’s comprehensive client support is her work with a major government agency, where she led the development of multi-year strategic plans and the coordination and standardization of business goals and metrics; this work was underpinned by the engagement of agency stakeholders from across the country. 

Ann earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  She is a member of the International Aviation Club (IAC), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
